Daparak pursues business opportunities within the municipal
and industrial markets. The strategic objective is to generate approximately
50% of our income from each general market area. Specifically, our focus is
on:
The municipal market
which now includes municipal water treatment and distribution, municipal
wastewater treatment and groundwater remediation. Efforts within this market
are multi-faceted and concentrate on
- Plant-level sales,
- the engineering consultant,
- a bid program based on Dodge leads, engineering, and contractor
relations.
- an after-market program concentrating on service, repair and
replacement parts.
The industrial market
in our territory includes a large variety of industries. Daparak works to
serve all industrial clients but gives priority to the following industry
types:
- a.) the "sanitary products" sector which includes food, beverage,
dairy, pharmaceutical, and eventually the biotech and semi-conductor
industry
- b.) the chemical processing industries
- c.) the pulp and paper companies
- d.) industrial water and wastewater treatment projects
- e.) original equipment manufacturers
Our industrial program concentrates on:
- a.) Plant level sales and
- b.) an aftermarket program, also concentrating on service repair and
replacement parts. Our industrial effort will increasingly seek out
project work that lends itself to packaged systems.
