To ensure the highest level of customer service possible, Daparak employs some of industry's most experienced sales, fabrication and repair associates - its three business managers each have over 25 years of pump experience! Half of our employees have over 10 years experience with Daparak alone.

Outside Sales
Each of our 7 salesmen travel their territory serving a variety of needs.

  • Showing new equipment solutions for customer applications.
  • Checking performance of installed equipment that we provided.
  • Troubleshooting problems.
  • Quoting new equipment.
  • Maintaining a relationship with our customers.

Systems design
Considerable effort has been expended developing a systems capability for our customers. We can provide quotations, drawings, submittals, and turn-key packages. Our in-house engineering capabilities enable us to size and select a wide range of pump products complete with drivers and instrumentation. Daparak is also able to provide custom industrial controls or simply insure our products interface with our customers' controls. In the area of documentation, Daparak can provide CAD based assembly drawings and wiring diagrams, as well as computer based, customized, performance curves.

Stock
Daparak maintains a million dollar inventory in parts and equipment with inside specialists to assist customers, and emergency contact numbers for on-call staff day and night. Dedicated shipping personnel are actively involved in everything from tracking orders to building custom crates, and delivering emergency orders efficiently.

Fabrication
Daparak has in-house advanced MIG and TIG welding machines and 2 welders with 20 years and 8 years experience. This enables us to fabricate custom equipment frames and base plates in both mild and stainless steel. We also have a 7400 CFM paint booth and are capable of producing industrial finishes superior to many manufacturers. We have a gas fired 2000 PSI wet sander to clean metal surfaces in preparation for painting and repair, welding platens, and metal cutting equipment.

Repair
Daparak has been a certified service facility for Moyno Inc. since 1995. Our Repair Manager has 30 years experience in mechanical repair and in the years ahead we will seek a similar designation from other manufacturers. We currently performance test all of our proprietary polymer skid systems and occasionally test larger 10 HP, 230V pump systems when called for.

Start-up
Since no job is final until it operates to the customer’s satisfaction, we also do equipment start-ups. This service includes pre-operation equipment check, field setting instrumentation, performance testing, training with operators and maintenance personnel, and following up issues for manufacturers and customers.

Inside Customer Support
A dedicated team of inside representatives are always available to take customer calls. We believe in some basic concepts like a person answering the phone and a customer not having to wait for a return call to get a simple question answered. Our specialists have computerized programs and libraries to assist with many questions, and whenever needed, we can schedule no charge technical assistance at the customers facility.
